Olive oil

It's fruity taste, harmonious and slightly spicy, is a fundamental ingredient of Mediterranean cooking.

 Olive tree cultivation is the main activity of our farm, we grow the principal varieties of Tuscan olivesfrantoio, leccino, pendolino and moraiolo".

The harvest begins with the first chilly days of November, the olives are hand-picked and brought to the olive press every other day.  The flower season is in May. All the small white flowers will be black olives.

Our guests are welcome to join in and experience any part of the olive harvest and pressing process.

Our small size enables us to carefully monitor every aspect of production, and guarantees the excellent quality of our organic extra virgin olive oil
